We have a track record of management and completion of works and are known for delivery of services to the people, thus generating good will.

Our work is spread over urban and rural areas and we have managed 20 roads works in Karachi, 3 road works in Hyderabad, up gradation of one slum area / shanty town in Karachi, a number of electrification works in Karachi and Hyderabad.

In water supply and sewerage sector we have carried out 20 projects in Karachi and Hyderabad, we have also worked for re-settlement of slum dwellers from slums to fully developed housing estates with all amenities in Karachi. This was part of our human development work which involved management of housing schemes developed with health and education and skill development facilities.

We have also carried out management of construction of large concrete structure like bridges and flyover and have completed 6 projects in Karachi, 3 in Baluchistan and  6 in Hyderabad.

In the area of building works, we are currently managing 5 building works in Karachi and have completed one project.

We have also worked with international donor agencies such as Asian Development Bank and World Bank. Our work with ADB was in the sector of Urban Sanitation and with the World Bank we assisted the Anti-Corruption Unit to survey the functioning of already constructed schools under World Bank Social Action Program for Pakistan (SAP). The World Bank Survey was conducted in the Province of Sindh. 

 In the city of Hyderabad we have carried out the management as well as assessments of the projects. Due to our assessment the quality of the projects was increased and the cost was decreased. We also provided quick implementation techniques which resulted in timely completion of works. We have provided similar assessment services in Karachi
